01 Qualification
Must hold a foreign passport
Authorized stay in Thailand per immigration regulations
No record of overstaying in Thailand
No age restrictions for the program
No prison sentences, except for negligent offenses
Not classified as unsound mind or incompetent
02 Documentation
Colored photocopy of a valid passport
Passport with at least one year of validity
One passport-sized photo with a white background
Completed application form with email and phone number
Supporting documents for additional family members (e.g., house registration, marriage certificate)
03 Simple Stpes to Apply
1. Complete the Application:
Fill out the form with required documents; no fee needed.
2. Submit to VR Luxe:
Send the completed application for processing.
3. Wait for Approval:
Approval takes about 3 to 6 weeks.
4. Make Your Payment:
Pay via bank transfer or credit card with no service charge.
5. Arrange Visa Affixation:
Schedule affixation at the airport or immigration office in Thailand

List of Restricted Countries for Application
Specific countries where applications are not accepted. These countries are grouped into three regions, as follows:
Africa
Cameroon, Central Africa, Democratic Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Ghana, Guinea, Liberia, Nigeria, Republic of the Congo, Sao Tome and Principe, Sierra Leone, Somalia, and Sudan.
Middle East
Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Palestine, Syria, and Yemen.
Asia
Afghanistan, Nepal, North Korea, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka.
